Recently India is in deep shock of sudden demise of bollywood's Chandni aka Sridevi! She was found motionless in bathtub by husband Boney Kapoor. The whole Kapoor family was together and enjoying the wedding of Mohit Marwah but the happiness was short lived as Sridevi passed away due to accidental drowning. Her friends , family and fans are in immense state of shock, and the vaccum can never be filled.

Started acting since she was just 4 years old.

The immensely talented Sridevi has been a star since she was a kid. She started her career as a child-artist at an age of four in Thirumugham’s devotional film, Thunaivan (1969). She portrayed the character of young julie in the movie Julie 1975. Her performance and beauty were widely appreciated and she got her big bollywood debute with the movie Solva Saavan in 1979.

Sridevi was not her real name!

Yes, you read it right Sridevi wasn't her real name. Like many other famous actors she also changed her name from Shree Amma Yanger Ayyapan to Sridevi before entering bollywood.

Refused Hollywood offer!

After giving too many hits Sridevi became first female superstar of her time and her career was always on peak. She was offered with a role in Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park in 1990. She turned down the offer as according to her the role didn't had much to offer to audience.

Best on-screen couple.

We all know that Sridevi and Anil Kapoor's jodi was the most hit jodi in Bollywood. Both the actors starred in 13 films and some of the most memorable hits include Mr India, Lamhe, Laadla, Judaai among many others. The delivered some really powerful performances.
